Summer Plans
I find it strange how difficult it is to find places to volunteer abroad. I’m looking for just a summer volunteer project abroad, but most of the websites I found that actually look legitimate made you dedicate at least a year of time. I’m really interested in joining the Peace Corps, but that requires over 2 years of dedication. When I get out of college I think that will definitely be an option for me, but right now I just want something for next summer.
Even though it won’t be volunteering, I still really want to live in another country next summer. I love countries like Russia, Germany, or Romania. I’d even be willing to do something in Africa or Australia. I think I’m going to start doing research on jobs I can get once I’m there, or how to find places to live. I really want to learn Russian or German also. If anyone has any suggestions for me, message me!
